Frequently asked questions
What is the turnaround time for printed / shipped products? What happens if your package is returned?
Orders are typically ready for shipment in 4 - 6 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays. My schedule does not currently allow for Rush orders.
U.S. packages are shipped via 1st class mail or Priority Mail based on weight or quantity. Please note: I cannot guarantee delivery dates.
IMPORTANT!! Returned Package Info:
Please be sure the address on your invoice is correct as that is the address where your package will be shipped to. If a package is returned to me (the seller) as undeliverable, etc, Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package....THIS INCLUDES those shipped under our Free Shipping promotion. Thank you for understanding.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? (printed items)
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for printed personalized items, however, if your items arrive damaged or I make an error, please contact me immediately. I want you to be super happy with your purchase, so please allow me the time to make it right.
Do you send digital proofs for note cards & notepads?
Digital proofs are available UPON REQUEST or if I feel the need for your approval. Proofs are posted here on Etsy under your conversations.
If you would like a proof, please let me know in the Notes to Seller box at checkout. Proofs are posted within 1-2 business days AFTER purchase.
Will printed items look exactly as they do on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly between your monitor view and the printed product. Please take this into consideration when placing an order.
Can printable orders be canceled and refunded?
Due to the nature of printable items, they are not refundable.
What is your turnaround time for printable items?
Printable files are emailed within 2-3 business days after purchase.
Requested changes for a printable after it has been emailed are subject to additional fees...unless I have made an error.
*Business Days = Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

How do I personalize my order?
There is a Personalization Box at checkout for you to add your personalization. Please be sure your information is correct! I cannot be responsible for misspelled or incorrect information if it is as noted on your invoice. A proof of all orders is saved. Thank you for understanding.
Are your printable products EDITABLE files?
I do not currently sell editable files.
What size are your Printed Cards and Note Cards?
Currently ALL of our PRINTED Cards and Note Cards are A1 sized.
-Flat Cards are approx. 3.5 by 5 inches.
-Folded Cards are approx. 3.5 x 5 inches when Folded. Approx. 5x7 inches when Open.
